Default 1965 GTO original radio installation

I have acquired a original radio for my 65 GTO. I would appreciate any information on how to mount the radio in the original dash and ribbed bezel.
My radio has two thin and very small nuts on each knob. I must be missing some hardware that is needed. I assume there is some kind of support or brace for the back of the radio.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a bracket, similar to an 'L' shaped bracket that attaches to the bottom of the radio and to the dash structure. Other than that the 2 nuts hold the radio in. But lots of time that bracket gets thrown away and the 2 nuts are the only thing holding it in.
