Final panel assembly, CHECK!

Holy sh!t, we spent several hours Pushing, Pulling, Flexing, Shoving and CURSING but the clip is now completed. I would have thought these unibody type cars would be a snap.

I guess I should be happy as lots of the OEM metal has been re-worked over the years and add in a few NOS pieces to make alignment of panels a real pleasure

Down to a few bits of trim, Bumper, Lights and more test driving

A solid 10 footer with nothing more than the original “freshened” 195ci 1bbl backed with the dash shifter A.T. The OD reads 23+ but I'm somewhat confident it’s rolled over.
However the internal engine parts are in amazing condition and did not warrant any major rebuild; just replaced all the seals & gaskets.
She runs and sounds like an industrial Singer sewing machine

Manual steering and brakes, Heater, Radio Delete, Basic bench seat interior with the rubber mat that I wish I could find a replacement for.

Body was patched up by another shop (So So) and the owner didn’t like the fender fins/spears so they were removed it was then preped and sprayed. But this was over 7 years ago and she has a few chips and scratches from being moved around so much.
Plan to have it touched up soon.

Brakes and suspension have all been replaced, new shoes on the stock “Chocolate Brown” rims with poverty caps.

It’s been sitting ever since she was painted; but she will now take to the road again!

Thanks to all you guys its been a bit easyer for us to get it back together.

Cheers!

2-inch primary with a 3 1/2 collector.
I sand blasted them today,I'll spray
them with cast blast airesol tomorrow.
Next set I do I'll get a box of bends to
go with the j-bends they should turn
out a lot better next time. For now these
will work fine. Pulled the k-member out
again today and blasted the engine
compartment. Gona try and get that
painted in the next couple of days.
I'll get some more pics up soon.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you must have an electrical problem.
