Default '69 vert Trunk Fittings

Hi guys, hope all is good.

I was just wondering about where the spare tire and jack, etc. would mount in the trunk of a '69 convertible. There are no brackets but I've been looking it up and read something about the dimples in the sheetmetal indicating where to position the brackets. I understand there are different locations for the space saver spare and regular spare. I've got a regular spare tire, but wondering if the location is different between the coupe and vert.

Also...on the passenger side of the trunk, right next to the trunk drop off, my car has two metal strips welded in place. (See attached pic). I doubt this is original, my best guess is someone had the battery mounted in the trunk, but would like to confirm with you guys before I replace the section. Anyone else have this one their car?

Thanks for all the help guys

Here is a not so good photo of mine. The spare tie mounts on the hook on the right, and the jack goes in the bracket in the rear center

Thanks farburd that really does help!!
Atleast now I know those dimples really are for the spare tire and jack. Just wasn't sure the spare tire was mounted that high up in the trunk. You pic clears that up!! There are lots of extra dimples, like in the upper right there are 4 more, wonder what for...

The stuff in the pic I attached below are actually plastic strips held by two bolts each, def not original. Since that space is for the pass cocktail shaker.

Also, what do you call the section of floor pan where the cocktail shakers mount? Anybody know how many spot welds that section takes going on to the bracing & frame rail (excluding the drop off spot welds)? That area is so corroded I can barely see the spot welds.

Tony, mine has the space saver spare tire. That might be why it is mounted so far up. I don't know what those 4 dimples are for either.
