Is this 1972 0nly ?
Was checking some pictures of the 1972 base Firebird that I bought several years ago and notice one of the sunvisor has a ENGINE STARTING PROCEDURE sticker and the glovebox door has a MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE chart sticker and was this only 72 or base FIREBIRD only. My 72 TRANS AM does not have these stickers, maybe they were remove?. The ENGINE STARTING PROCEDURE sticker is dated 11-23-71 , the FIREBIRD was build Dec. 1971 so it matches with the car

I know my 73 has the visor, would have to check about the glove box, but I don't think it has that.

My 72 (GTO) has the glovebox sticker. But no engine start procedure on visor.
I dont think the glovebox sticker is 72 only. |

That sticker was used on Chevy car as well. For all the GM line I guess..
Its one sticker, same date and part number for ALL cars. Its not related to individual cars or dates: 11-23-71 GM 327568 Reproduced by Classic Industries for 72-73 GM cars. Dont know which Pontiac cars had them though. |

Maybe.. But I dont think so. My car was built in Oshawa and sold in Montreal. Still has the original sunvisors, no stickers, no signs that it was ever there.

My 72 Trans Am was sold in Valleyfield Quebec and has none of those. The 72 Firebird has both but not sure were it came from.

So I went out to my car today and looked at the glove box. I do not have a maintenance schedule sticker, I have a Tire Pressure, Octane Rating and Bud Beck's Pontiac sticker. I looked at the sun visor one , and I was some what wrong about it. I do not have the one pictured above in post 7. Mine has a blue square on the upper left corner "Your New Pontiac And Clean Air". Like this one... http://www.firebirdcentral.com/product_p/sti-2324.htm

I wonder if that sticker came with the '73 second design emissions and engine color change ??.

That was my thought also, just because it was mentioning the "Clean Air".

My 72 Formula with a 04A build date has the maintenance schedule in the glove box on the door, but no starting instructions on the sun-visor
