I have a set of rally 1's on my '67, and I am getting a new set of Cragars.I would like to sell the 1's with a set of redline bias plys on them. The tires are all in good shape(don't know the mileage but have plenty of life left) the rims all look good with no really bad blems, just some little scratches. They are 14". What should i ask? if you need more info please contact. I will include a picture or 2. Thanks Ed

It's hard to say, you have the wrong trim rings and they are scratched. Maybe $700.00, could be worth more on Ebay.

Hey Ken
Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure if they are reproductions or real. The guy I bought the car from said the car had Alum slots on it,and he wanted something more original. If the trim rings are wrong, what are the one's I have for?

Thanks again Ed
I am probably going to put them on e-bay,but figured I would try here first, try to keep it in the family, sorta.

Ebay would be your best bet to sell them, you will get real buyers and excuse the pun, no tire kickers. I don't know what the trim rings are from, Rally 1 trim rings have a lip on the back side that is almost even with the slots in the wheel. Bare wheels are worth about $100.00 each. I have seen a set of used redlines that still had the nubs on them sell for $200.00. The center caps might be worth $200.00.

Reproduction wheels havew a smooth center where the cap goes. Original wheels have a 3 or 4 little protrusions where the cap snaps onto.

I would think original wheels would be worth more than repops used. The prices I gave you were for original wheels. You never know what might happen on Ebay. Put the picture up an a short description, the less you say the better, let them ask the questons.

Hog, Where are you located? I actually may be looking for a set of those, but the shipping on them is ridiculous! I need to see if the 14" wheel will fit over my disc break conversion though. When you take them off, can you measure the inside diameter at the backing plate for me please?

hey eric
the inside of the rim measures from 13" toward the front to 13.5" at the rear. the change in diameter takes place with in about a 3.5" space. I hope this helps. Later Hog

Hog
That's usually how things go. A day late & a dollar short.
Keep me in mind if the sale doesn't go through.
Thanks
Ron
