Anyone know what engine this is? I know its not a Pontiac, but is it a Buick,Olds, or what?

it's an Olds motor. you can tell by the front tube where you add the oil. friend had same motor in his Cutlas Supreme. a kid on a 10 speed beat us down the block. SLOOOOOOOOOW

WOW! That car is super clean, and could probably be had for $5000, which would be a great buy. Wouldn't be hard at all to drop a 400 or 455 Pontiac into that. Did you guys notice the console? I'm not very knowledgable about Ventura's, but that console looks identical to what came in the '73-'75 LeMans.

Yea no power at all, it was the only engine you could get the 5-speed T-50 behind. A guy near me has a 77 442 originally came with the 260 T-50 5 speed. He couldn't take it any more so this winter he installed a 455 (olds) M-20 combo and now he relly enjoys it!!!
To give you an idea of how much torque the 260 makes, they would not but the T-50 behind a 231 Buick V-6 as it made to much power?
