I spoke with Phoenix Graphics about 2 years ago, they had no plans to reproduce those stripes at that time. I offered my 73 as a original source for them to make a template...no affirmative response.

I would love a set of stripes for my 73 GTO.

I don't understand why the graphics companies will make a set for the Can Am, but not make one for the 73 GTO and LeMans Sport Coupes. There were alot more of them manufactured (when you include the non GTO sport coupes) than there were Can Am's.

I agree, if they were made I would buy two sets, one for now and another for future use, surely someone will eventually produce them.

Be careful about lending stripes to Phoenix Graphics. They wanted to borrow my Grand Am stripes but said there was no guarantee I would get them back!

What do the Grand Am stripes look like? I am familiar with the 73 GTO stripes, and the LeMans GT stripes, and of course the Can Am stripes, but I don't recall ever seeong Grand Am specific stripes.

I found a place in Stuart Florida today that will make any stripe you want. They are in the police car stripping business and can create it from a picture. Call them at 800-344-6853 or e-mail at alisongdigraphics@direcway.com

I have a 73 GTO that is not ready for it yet (I haven't even decided what color I'm going to paint it) or I would buy them myself.

Good luck and let me know how it turns out.

Anyone have a picture of the '73 LeMans GT stripe kit, or what a car looks like with those stripes? I know Ames sells them, but I haven't seen a car with them...thanks!
