Default New GTO/Tempest/Lemans Catalog
Performance Years' newest GTO/Tempest/Lemans catalog just got back from the printer today. Volume 10B.

We will be doing a bulk mailing early next week. If you haven't requested a new GTO catalog in the last two months and still want one, please fill out the GTO catalog request in The Pontiac Journal before Monday Dec. 19th to be included in this free mailing.

If you already requested a GTO catalog, we have your name and address and you're already getting a catalog with this mailing.

DM, I have requested GTO catalogs at least three times - I have never received one.

In the spirit of fair play, I will request on again after I post this; maybe you can take a look and see where its been going wrong.

How are you requesting a catalog?
I took a look at the most recent mailing list and I didn't see a Bob Trimpe or Robert Trimpe. Have you been using the request form on our Pontiac Journal, like I specified above?

Let me know.

Your name is on the list of customers that will be getting a catalog shortly. The sheer number of customers that requested catalogs and the holiday season caused us to be slow with labeling and sending them. A huge batch of catalogs went out bulkmail last week so you should be expecting to see them this week or the next.

If we've been PY customers in the past 12 months does a new catalog get sent to us automatically ?

I have not received my catalog. I requested it through this URL at the PY site:

Still waiting on my catalogue. I have requested twice. Is there an issue being from Canada? I am looking at getting some parts in the next couple of months and would really like a catalogue.

Yes Canada will take a bit longer. We can't send them via USPS Bulk Mail like all of the US addresses. We have to send these out regular post.

Let me check on your names to make sure they are on their way.

I owe all of you an apology. I'm not sure if I was just assuming or if I asked the wrong person and was given wrong information but I'm told that we haven't been shipping catalogs internationally without charging the customer for the shipping cost. The international catalog requests that have been submitted have not been getting mailed.

I feel really bad about giving you wrong information so here is the compromise that I'm offering. If you live in Canada and requested a catalog that never came, PM or email me your mailing address by this Friday and I'll make sure that you get a catalog free of charge. Unfortunately this is a one time offer and all future catalogs will require a shipping fee ($5.00 per catalog). Please also let me know if you want a GTO or Firebird Catalog (Fullsize catalogs are not available).

I'll be changing our website shortly so it defines that international shipping policy.

Just recieved my catalog yesterday in Canada. Thanks Steve I really appreciate it Craig. By the way the silver & black Judge is mine & the Burgandy drop top on the cover is my brothers. Thanks again.
