Default 1969 Pontiac GTO 4 Speed Convertible

1969 Pontiac GTO 4 speed Convertible. Good 10 ft car/driver. Engine and Transmission are out of the car. Transmission (M20) is numbers matching but the engine is not. Known issues:

Engine was torn down to rebuild and found weld in the lifter valley, haven't had block checked to know if it's good or not.

Transmission is currently broken - I think it's a broken input shaft.

Cowling underneath windshield has rust.

Small spot on dash that's cracked.

One headrest cracked.

Piece of woodgrain dash insert broken off.

Has been repainted and there are some sags in the paint - mostly on the Endura bumper.

This car was my dream car but financial situation have been such that I haven't been able to get it back on the road in the last 14 years and now it's time to sell so she can get back on the road. It's been parked inside for those 14 years. Additional pictures can be seen at http://home.centurytel.net/stevest/69gto . I've tried hard to describe everything I know that is wrong with it.
