Has anyone had similar experiences. OER is a large company selling through many vendors. I bought a dash pad for my 69 Firebird from a vendor here in Canada. No complain about them as they will replace it but what will the new one be like. A few things I found: 1/ It had a lot of scratches to the left of the steering wheel right out in front like from a wire brush. You can tell it was there before it was painted. 2/ There was a small piece missing out of the bottom corner, noticable from an angle. 3/ The dash bezel/pannel is larger than the molding? 4/ The steel is half the thickness of the original and doesn't have the same pressed parts were the four bolts are tightened. I had to use those plastic caped lock nuts. The dash pad will bend as soon as it is tightened just snug?

Funny note. It said Camero on the bottom, don't really care about that?
