MYSTERY DASH BEZEL LIGHT WIRE

Wow... I never thought that I'd forget where this dash wire connected to, but it's been two years and I'm stumped. Please advise where it connects to in the dash display (bulb end) and unique end as well. See attachment. FYI wire is roughly two feet long.
