Looks to be advancing steadily to the rear, has not hit the wall yet.

It was intended as a joke, but arguing the point doesn't advance your cause one bit.

Dale Jr's consistency holds.
Kurt Busch was in a rocket ship. A Dodge rocket ship? Strange........

Apparently I can't say anything to you, without you misconstruing it as arguing. I really think you have your rectum torqued on to tight, loosen it up.

Kurt won the Sprint Atlanta race last year too, he was fast then as well.

It is hard being a JR fan, but I still support him. He did manage to move up 2 spots in the points to 13th, what a tease...

Looks like Keselowski finally got what was coming to him. Don't think he intentionally he Carl in the beginning, and Carl certainly didn't mean to flip Brad but I think payback is a bitch.

NASCAR has the commercial talking about sparks flying and the gloves are off and when a driver does what they're advertising on TV every week since before Daytona and now they want to control it. You can't have it both ways.

I do think that was reckless on Carl's part but what does NASCAR expect? JPM and Tony Stewart got into the same stuff last race in Homestead and it didn't draw this much controversy. I guess I just don't understand why it's one way one time and another way another time. Kesolowski isn't very selective about bumping or crashing people in the last 2 years and you have to expect some retaliation when you drive like he does.

He reminds me of Kurt Busch when he was younger and started a war with Jimmy Spencer and came over the radio and said he was gonna drive Spencer into the wall which he proceeded in doing. When he parked his car Spencer punched him right in the face and got fined 10 grand. Many of the NASCAR drivers that had been wrecked previously by Busch offered to pay Spencers fine.

Here's a link to what Jeff Gordon had to say previous to Sundays race about Drivers rivalries and that NASCAR fans want that: http://www.nascar.com/2010/news/head...ies/index.html

Earnhardt (Sr) used to wreck people on purpose all the time. Spring '92 Talladega race he flipped Rusty Wallace to win, I guess because it was Earnhardt it was ok. Now a days if they fine Edwards or make a big stink about it that will keep the controversy going until the next week, so that keeps Nascar in the papers and on TV. They act like they don't like it but they do, it will put more people in the seats next week and in front of the TV. Like I said before, Brad's been asking for it. Don't dish it out if you can't take it. Maybe after he cleans his shorts he'll back off a bit.

NASCAR is going to review and discuss the incident and hand down their decision on Tuesday afternoon.

It will be some $$$$$ and some points.....

I have no issue with what Edwards did ( I am sure he didnt mean for the car to flip), but that kid needs to have a line drawn in the sand..... hopefully he got the message. In order to get respect in a series.... you first better give respect.

You're sure he didn't mean for the car to flip????? Is he such a retard that he didn't know that was a possibility?

Edwards is just a big of a wreck causer as Kesolowski.

My guess?
Carl sits out a race or two or five.
No matter what his intentions were the bottom line is Carl flipped a guy into a fence a few feet in front of a few thousand people.
NASCAR can't allow that.

Speak of a FEW thousand people.....the stands were empty.

They are hurting for spectators, looked like whole sections were empty.

I predict Carl will be suspended one race, lose 100 points, and maybe some cash.

NASCAR : ok guys this season the gloves are off, it's in your hands. But now we are going to fine you for agressive driving? WTF?

Typical NASCAR, what is ok one week isn't cool the next week. Guys have been wrecking each other since day one. In the replay you can clearly see the wing on brad's car change angle then it flips. How about NASCAR fine themselves for putting a dangerous wing on the car? Oh wait they know everything so it's ok.
