Can I do this??
Working on sons 76 trans this summer coming up. The next stage in the tear down is getting the bad sheet metal off the car.
I have never cut off major sheet metal from a car. This trans needs the rear quarters cut off as far as the biggest job on this car. Provided I have the right tools is this something I can do? They are rusty around the wheel wells, along lower back where truck drop downs meet them and at the rockers (real bad there). The panel up aroudn the windows is fine, even down the sides is fine, just from the tip of top of wheel lwells to the bottom will be cut off. CAN I DO THIS?
