OK, been too busy trying to get this old car ready for Cruisin' the Coast next month in Biloxi, but this is what we did today.

The pinstripes really make the whole concept POP IMHO.
Without and with for comparison.

Charles,
That pinstripe really sets the car off! I hope mine looks half as good.

I agree. Those Pontiac style guys really knew what they were doing when they placed that stripe. Charles, that car looks fantastic.

The stripes look great Charles....they accent the top body line, and give a little extra "squeeze" to the coke bottle!!! Eric

Thanks guys. I know some don't like them, but I feel that they just really do accentuate the GTO body lines to the maximum.
That's the main reason I posted these before and after pictures here.

Man, that car looks great! Of course, I am somewhat prejudiced when it comes to fathom blue GTO's with white pinstripes.

I think red would have been better for the pin stripes. Only because when Charles floors it the white stripes will turn red from the heat the speed will generate. You don't know it but he's sometimes called the 'Stig'.

Yep it is.
It has 810 sg ft each floor, 2nd floor full of shelves to store pieces of car as disassembled. Guess it's done it's job now, time to tear it down.

Don't tear it down Charles. Bring it to me when you come up this way.
