I would think plastic media blasting would do the trick, it works on fiberglass and eveything else without harming glass, moldings, etc.

Brake Cleaner on a rag will remove paint easily. Stop rubbing when you get enough of it off.

It was just recently suggested to me to use SuperClean, in a bucket/trashcan, dilueted with water, to safely strip old interior dye off panels. Check this thread:

Spray paint will wipe off if you put lacquer thinner on a rag and rub it.
