It would be great Skip if you could post that picture and any other ones you might have of that engine. Dual PCVs do nothing if they do not have a fresh air supply (as you know) but some might not.

Headers were a new design so not sure I can share the pictures. I'll check. The car has been a consistent Stocker for decades and runs in the 10s. Ran in the 10s years ago with a RAIV now the D port.
