We are currently moving to Knox County Ohio and building a new shop. My folks were watching my 2 year old female Golden Retriever while we move. She came up missing tuesday afternoon. She was seen being loaded into a black 4 door "mini" pick-up type vehicle on Route 13 (4 lane bypass) one mile North of Fredericktown Ohio. Sorry for the off topic but we have so far not been able recovery her......Cliff

Man that is awful. I can't believe a person would steal someones pet. I wouldn't expect that kind of thing in Fredricktown. I've spent some time there as my wifes grandmother lived there until about a year ago. It always struck me as a nice freindly little town where everyone knew each other.
I hope things work out for you.

Ya, welcome home! We've been gone for 20 years and are moving back as both Deb and I grew up here. I also had my jobsite (building a new shop) ransacked couple of weeks back but they only took some firewood far as I can tell. You just can't get away from thieves, they're everywhere!....Cliff

Good news, I recovered my dog today. It took a week of investigation and running down leads but I managed to get her back. Aside from being a little "skuffed" up and having a lot of fleas she's fine.....Cliff

Cliff- the dog was in fact taken? That is just rotten. Bamboo shoots under the finger nails sounds appropriate.
