76 Grand Prix Drivers Side Door Mirror

Having problems figuring out how to fix this. Came apart when removing door panel to replace power window motor. Didnt have a chance to see how it was put together. Anyone have a clue or a picture to share.

Its the parts from the knob to adjust drivers side mirror.
