Default My recent Lymphoma Diagnosis.

Figured I'd share this latest diagnosis. Dr said see you in 6 mos. Now the story.About year ago having trouble with constipation. Went to local dr,she ordered scan and biopsy of groin swollen lymph node.Went to local Arnie Palmer-Hillman center to see lymphoma specialist. Results low grade lymphoma. So she recommended 2nd opinion sooo she called a Dr Hoe at Hillman Shadyside. I had another biopsy then this past Monday another CAT scan(insurance wouldn't ok for PET scan unless drugs being used)and
blood work. He is staying on top of my diagnosis. He said see you in 6 mos. Guys and ladies dont put these tests off early detection can save you $$$$ and lead to a comfortable aging. I feel blessed.

I assume and hope you are being treated in some fashion.

Glad to hear you caught it early. I developed metastatic melanoma a lifetime ago and would probably not be here today if it weren't for the brilliant oncologists and medical staff at the Hillman Cancer Center in Pittsburgh.

We have local Hillman Center about 3 miles from me. Arnie Palmer helped $$ support it as his wife had cancer. The oncologist Dr Geiger there after 1st biopsy said you may want to get 2nd opinion. So she called Dr Hoe at Hillman Shadyside, herself set up appointment. All of these people everyone have been very kind and patient. I said 'do you people take happy pills?' They are very devoted caring for patients. I'll see Dr Geiger next week as a follow up from this weeks test. What impressed me was after our first mtg she hugged me slightly. She was very very good taking bone marrow sample no pain at all. Take care guys.

Just got home from lymphoma- oncologist Dr. Blood work ok. She said lymphoma grew a small amount. She wants to see me in 3 months. Keep monitoring my blood. I have really no problems, eat what I want, just watch not to much dairy, feel good, sleep good. Take my vitamins, metamucil,no constipation. Now I'm working on losing weight. I ate to feel good after my wifes passing 3yrs ago. So now I want to feel better and lose weight.

That is a tough task, especially the older we get. I wish you well on this. Hopefully you can start feeling a bit better!

Bob, go to this link and watch what this Doctor has to say about using apple cider vinegar for weight loss as well as other health benefits. I use it for weight loss as well as to help with insulin resistance as I'm diabetic.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nxeOEa6gWmM&t=635s

My A1C numbers have decreased while taking it, plus I lost about 35 lbs. I didn't do anything other than take the ACV, no exercise plan, didn't change diet, but still lost weight.

I started out taking the ACV in liquid, but the taste is somewhat unpleasant, so I switched to the capsules.

If course I'd ask your doctor before using it, but it helped me lose weight, as well as maintain it. It also helps me keep my A1C numbers below 7 consistently. I've always had heartburn for decades, and the ACV also got rid of that symptom.

The acetic acid may also help make your blood less likely to harbor cancer cells, as cancer likes blood with lots of sugars and carbs, but your doctor would know more about it than I would. The ACV improves gut health which much of the rest of the body benefits from.

I just wanted to pass along what worked for me and it costs very little to use it. I got very good results over the past 5 years while using it twice daily.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.......

ACV is good for so many things. Highly recommend for all sorts of applications.
