But only for around 3 years. When I got my Viper back in late '92 I bought every extra piece of molded rubber hose, vacuum line, weatherstripping, etc, knowing full well they would disappear from the parts supply chain, rapidly. And they did. It will make for a great barn find for someone some day. :-)

That block didnt make reserve. Sure would be a hell of a find for the owner of the car (if still out there?) making it complete again.

Default SD Exhaust Manifolds

Has anybody purchased National Parts Depot SD Replacement manifolds here? My Uncle had put Headers on this car many years ago for performance reasons, I'm looking to go for the Original look again. Any input would be great! Thanks Greg

Dunno about the NPD pieces, but I highly recommend buying from Ram Air Restoration. Fantastic, high quality manifolds, and the owner - Paul Delfield - is a true Pontiac enthusiast.

Btw the parts place is selling a new SD exhaust for 73's with the resonators and 74's. The price for the 73 system is 399. Much better than the 1500 plus from Gardner.

Gardner isnt 1500, I know, I bought one, have the Glass, made the video.
I seriously doubt the quality, the fit and the materials..of that parts place set up.
There is NO US company that could make that for that price, and no foreign company that could make it fit right...I would pay 20 bucks to see it installed .I bought one from this place years ago and the header pipes were for std exhaust manifolds..

(1973 - 1973 Firebird/TransAm) DUAL EXHAUST SYSTEM WITH RESONATORS (SUPER DUTY) 2 1/2" HEAD PIPES GO TO A SET OF RESONATORS AND THEN INTO A TRANSVERSE MUFFLER. TAIL PIPES ARE 2 1/4" THAT ARE DESIGNED TO USE FACTORY TIPS. SYSTEM IS MADE OUT OF ALUMINUM 14 GAUGE PIPES AND WILL WORK ON 400 OR 455 MOTORS

$399.00
