I have an NOS Delco fuel filter;
If my search was accurate, it looks like this is applicable to: 1961-1965 Pontiac's 1960-1968 GMC's 1961-1969 Chevrolet's As well as many other applications. I am guessing that this fit inside a housing, and would be curious to see what the housing looks like, and it being mounted on a Pontiac. Filter part number: GF-157 / 854569 Thanks in advance to anyone who might be able to help.

was this style filter/housing installed on everything between 1961-65 or was it only on full sized cars ect?
I don’t recall seeing this style filter setup before - but maybe I just missed it?

They were used on medium duty trucks. School buses had them until about 1991 when carbs went away. 350, 366, 427 truck engines. Never heard of them on any light duty trucks.
