Door Trim Panel Rubber Strip
Is it possible to replace the rubber strip that runs along the top of the door trim panel? It appears it may be attached to a chrome bead that also runs along the length of the top of the door trim panel, so maybe it is some kind of assembly. Are reproductions made of this part? If so, is it easy to replace? Just to be clear, I'm not referring to the part that clips into the door outer sheet metal. The part I'm talking about is at the top of the door trim panel. Thanks!

Yes and the kits of glass run weatherstrips typically includes the inner and outer weatherstrips. The chrome bead you refer to is part of the weatherstrip.
You may want to put an ad in the wanted section because most people typically only use the outer weatherstrips and therefore could sell you the inners which normally need to be replaced.

Thanks north. Good idea to put an ad in the wanted section. I just noticed these parts are in the repro catalogs, but as you stated they are only sold with the outer glass run weatherstrips.
