WAY too many variables to give an accurate opinion. Is it W72/4 speed, miles, options, T-Tops, etc?

I would think for a decent drivable car needing only general maintenance to get on the road $15k-$17 would be a fair offer. Restored to perfection $20k-$25k. If it needs work, int. tires, engine work maybe $7k. Some of the yellow cars are great looking (goatless has a primo example) but I would not let the 'rarity' of that colour escalate the price. Rare doesn't always equal value. Good Luck, hope things work for the both of you.
