Default 1968 Pontiac 428 Rockers / Studs / Drip Rails

$50 shipped (48 States)
This included the following from a 1968 Pontiac 428
THe motor had 12K when it was pulled and rebuilt.
Stock rocker arms with balls (rocker ball zipped tied to same rocker to match)
Stock 3/8 Studs and locknuts
Drip Rails (they were pulled off motor when I first bought it)

Oily as you would expect and drip rails would need hot bath.
I went to CompCam roller tips so I have no use for these.

There is a a set of the drip rails on eBay for $159 right now

Forgot to add the following to the pile of parts. Brand new set of Pontiac lifters for the 428. Purchased from local race engine builder here in WI and he said they are for HP applications for street/strip. Found a brand new set of Rhoads lifters at garage sale so adding these to list.
$85 for bundle shipped

Want to sell it as set right now. The lifters alone are worth pretty close to the asking price for everything. They were part of the engine rebuild that was done by Automotive Specialties of Neenah WI who does allot of engine building for drivers at Wisconsin International Raceway both drag side and circle track and all components were a grade above factory OEM quality. Even a set out of Autozone will run over $50. I just wanted to make a great deal to get rid of the parts.

$60 for a brand new set of lifters with all the other stuff!!!. Cant even by the lifters for that. I called the place that rebuilt my engine that these came from. $75 for the lifters from them. Great price and it looks like another week and it is off to ebay.

One more shot on the site. Good deal and would rather it go to someone here and then ebay land.

What brand are the lifters? I'm interested. Need a week or so to get the money though. Mike

I am not sure I was just told they were better than stock. The company that built the engine builds lots of the race engines for drag and oval track here in area. They also sponsor the same track Wis International Raceway. I have no doubt they are top of the line brand.

I contacted the shop and they use Melling Lifters. Summit and Jegs sells them. With shipping they run over $100 a set. No problem to wait as not going to eBay to spring if I dont sell them.

Kirk, I'm still interested just trying to get past the wife, but if you can sell em go ahead just let me know. If you don't sell em I'll check back with you and we can make a deal. Sorry for the delay, but can't irritate her any more, 'cause if she ain't happy, no body's happy. regards, Mike
