I parted a 67 out many years ago and later found the build sheet in the rear seat.
It had notes on the bottom that referenced auto show San Fransisco Jan 1967.
If I remember right the body # was 33.But I only found one build sheet.
If I get rich Ill pull the PHS on it out of curiosity, maybe it would have also had 2 invoices.

There might be a few orange 69 Firebirds out there but how many are 400's with a/c, tilt, wood wheel, power windows and antenna as well as being the IDOJ car?

That poor car needs to be liberated from its gaudy Barris confinement and returned to bone stock condition. Also interesting that since it was a GM special vehicle and they were always fitted with every option that it wasn't built with cruise, power seat and shoulder belts.

If you watch the Jeanie show what is interesting is that most of the cars are heavily but not fully optioned, a lot of cars had just the basic hubcaps etc

I agree that for a car that spent it's entire life in CA in covered storage, it has significant rust and interior damage.

Looks like it sat outside with the top down...

I kinda like the rear air extractors..... One of Barris' better customs.

If anyone has copies saved of all the Billing Cards/Invoices - please post those for us.
I'd like to have copies in my archive.

I didn't see any PMD documentation the First time it was up for auction.
When it was just a wacky bird with an outside chance.
I think all he had then was a letter from Barris he got mid-way through auction.

And didn't remember to follow the subsequent auctions.
TIA
