I guess if i were to get picky i need late 70 date. Car was built dec. 70. I can never figure out how to read them things anyhow. Someone showed me how to read one that made sense but when you look at others, they dont.

I have an original rear bumper from my 72 that I am selling.
Pics here: http://s211.photobucket.com/albums/b...view=slideshow Mounting brackets not included. Can sell with or without tail Light lenses. Good core for a re-chrome. Let it go for $160 usd plus shipping. Cheers Brian |

I guess if i'm looking, i might as well get one date coded, so i need a late 70 date for a 12A build date, and i would like to get the nicest one i can find with no pitting on the back.

Darrell, I can take a look at my bumpers. I figured you would find one quickly so I never stuck my nose in until now. I have about ten 70-72 cores so I may have something.

Darrell, Do you need one with or without the notches?
Found 3 so far, still have about 7 more up in the rafters. 4B20J with notches 12BJ1 no notches no date with notches (has GM sticker on back- former NOS bumper) |

I think the notches would be correct dated before 12A would be fine, and could you break down the dates for me because i havent quite learned how to read all of them, some seem to not make sense. Thanks

I think i understand how to read the dates now from other thread. So looks like aug, sept, nov. 70 are my only choices if you have one.
