Default Alvine metal filler products

Hello, Has anyone used this product before? I have some steel wheels that need some rusted areas filled after rust removal. I wanted a metal filler so that I can powder coat after the repairs completed. Thanks

Open before purchase to make sure not hard. Thinner is Acetone. Works very good to build. But must be open for air dry so do not use to join. If thicker build needed do in a few coats.

Used it as a filler on aircraft. Works good as long as the base metal has been thoroughly cleaned.

Thanks for your input. I understand that after you use it it must be covered with the acetone, or else it will dry. I understand if several applications required, that you need to make sure in is cured.
I was looking at the stuff that only required air dry and no baking. Thanks.
