Car also was a bit of a T.V. star back in the late 1970's, it was used in the short lived show called California Fever staring Jimmy Nichol and Lorenzo Lamas....

lol, I know this car well, owned by my brother in Raleigh in the early '80s. Brewster Green TA, 455, turbo 400, saddle standard interior, bird, a/c, honeycombs painted gold (like the 76 Anniversary TA). Posi rubber was all over his subdivision courtesy of this car. He sold it to a friend who replaced the honeycombs with Rally II's in the mid eighties last I knew of it.

The car had such an impression I purchased my own Brewster Green 73 TA about 20 yrs later:

I found this last picture of the Two Lane Blacktop Judge in a different edition while looking for the bird photo, so I thought I would post it as well. SOrry for the crappy pictures, (no scanner) I had to take pictures of these to post them.

The article said the car was owned by the woman standing next to the car, and her name is Sally Annette, so I Googled that name and look what popped up on Facebook.
This is about the time I got my 69 Judge. I had that magazine in 79 and may still have it. She was on Van Nuys Blvd if I remember correctly, and she had the paint job done.

Rally II's which I just had restored. I think I am going to put Polyglass on the Rallys and keep the BFG's on the honeys for driving.

Cool pictures, car and love the plate. The Honeys might have been a Dealer option upon purchasing the car. PHS only tells one how it left the factory but not how it arrived to the customer.

The Honeys I just bought to run the BFG's on. They are not original to the car. The car rolled out with Rally II's.
