If you can't find what you need I have a complete set up from a 1bc project that I never got to complete. Note this ex/man has no gate from the factory.
I'll look and see if I have any loose parts as well.

pretty sure I would have one too
but I wont separate the intake/exhaust manifolds.
Do you have correct carb?
also have a few air cleaners in varying condition.
Jeff that setup looks nice!

Very sharp looking Jeff! I think the heat riser was eliminated after April 68. My car is a Dec. 67...My carb is the manual type Monojet, single float, not the dual float type like yours. My carb won't work on that intake. The manual intakes are different from auto intake and leave huge vacumm leak gaps at the base. It is a nice setup though and I appreciate the response.

I'm not fully aware of the Diff MT vs AT 1BC mans.
I'll have to check my other intakes.

Like yourself it took some time to locate an exhaust man that wasn't cracked.
That is why this set up is a little bit hodge podge.
'66 carb, 67-69 intake, and '69 exhaust.

I did find another decent choke.

seems like I bought a filko choke for one a few years ago
maybe find a NORS
I know Ive got a few complete 68 M/T motors but not sure I want to separate just for exhaust manifold.
Ill check and see what loose ones I have.
I,like Jeff,am not so sure of a different manifold for a M/T. Parts book shows one replacement #9794231 for all 66-9 OHC-6 1bbl.
Perhaps its only the base plate gasket thats different. I just cant imagine having two different manifolds, one for auto and one for manual trans.

Default GASKET

I think it may be the gasket if you look close this is an NOS set of gasket(s)
It has vacuum reliefs and is clearly two gaskets that are stapled from the factory so you know not to separate. Don't know why they couldn't make a one piece thicker gasket ?

I had an intake that had the small openings in the casting like the gasket. But, it wasn't the gasket, it was definitly the intake casting. It was an odd manifold. It was on a 68 motor that I eventually sold after I swapped the intakes

Had a chance to check my other 1BC intakes and they are all 9794231 68-69 all same as above.
I'll keep checking though, I always come across parts so always nice to know what & why.

I did also find another choke thermostat and several rods of varying configurations.
They are both the same choke the pic make the NORS unit look larger.
The used one is in great condition just dis-colored.
LMK if any may be of interest
