Default 77 firebird stop light does not work

Fuse is okay
Turn signal works
Brake pedal switch is correct adjusted and I test with an wire cross connect the connector

What else could it be?

The lights come on when you ran wire across terminal? That just says faulty switch or not set correctly to allow it to make contact. Make sure the pedal pulls back fully but plunger still in contact, self adjusting first use.

Have you checked the ground on the tail light harness?

Yes, I looked at the switch... Turned in and out.. The white contact comes fully out if I push the brake pedal...nothing happened at stop lights.. I removed the connector to the switch and used an wire and connect the both contacts ..if I think correct the lights have to shine now... Nothing happened ...

It is very common for the white brake light wire to burn up where it goes into the turn signal switch plug. It get's so melted that it loses the connection. when this happens you will have all the lights working except the brake lights. Look at the turn signal switch plug
white wire for the problem.

To close the Thread:
Yes, the white wire under column was out of place... Plug in the connector and works well now.
Thx for the help!
