Looking good dude! At that rate, you’ll beat us getting your engine done before we get pistons

By the way, what’s the swirl value of those?

Brian

That is some beautiful looking work right there. Is the plan to digitize that port and CNC the rest? If they are going to hand port two heads from as cast, that's more work than many realize.

Yes they will digitize and cnc the rest. If anyone is interested in Tiger2 heads Naiser Racing will have the cnc program shortly and can make changes to suit your needs.

Very nice looking. I do not do Face Book. Does it say what the valve sizes are?

Looks great. What is your target for chamber ccs ? Serious CR.
The as cast port on the left sure looks a lot smaller than as cast Tigers I have seen. Is that the way they come when you get cubed Tigers ?
The Bird lives again, cool.
What intake are you planing to run ?

Tiger2 is just like the raw PP heads.
No serious compression, im lazy and don't want to change head gaskets

Sounds fun Brian. Low maintenance, K.I.S.S. approach, sounds like a great plan to me.

So Tiger 2s are in no way ready to run as cast like PPs ? Do they still sell original Tigers as cast 400cfm ready to run ?

Yes ...to answer that question ..it is a porters casting . Will have to be CNC'd a shop , no way you'd want to hand port these!!! We have one program already that was from the early welded up days of the heads development . It is going to be subject to adjustments here in the next little while ..as some casting revisions along the way made some changes necessary and I've seen some things with the final version of the casting that I see better potential with ...so ...more to come . Here's one of our "first article" pieces just used for initial testing . ...Oh, and ..awesome job by Dan , I'm sure he'll make some smoke with them as well !!!

Cheers , J.H.
