These were my father in-laws. He was a American oil distributor starting in 1966. American then Amoco. It ended a few years ago, and I had to empty the property.

Part time, I’m the zoning administrator in my small town. An old lady I know is tearing down a hundred year old shed that’s packed with junk and about to fall down. I stopped by and her brother was there loading a Bobcat bucket with stuff and dumping it in a rented dumpster.
I pulled this cart and carrier out of the dumpster. Not really worth a lot, but good for decorating.
Does anyone know if this carrier would have been for milk bottles, or oil bottles?

Probably right. I can't really think of anything hot that would be carried in a basket like that.

Unfortunately I am one of those golf nuts. Didn't pay much and it will look good in the corner!

Safety Bulletins Display Cabinet

Found at a moving sale. Bolted on a block wall for years. I think it originally came from a local company that was the center of this mill village where it was found.

I saw this book being discussed on another web site and decided I had to have one. Peter Max was my favorite artist when I was a kid, and I had never seen this book before. I found one for sale online.

Swap meet last week picked up these. The Firebird banner and metal Firebird for 5, the SK 1/2 socket wrench 5 and the two skull thumpers for 5. The guy I guy I bought the skull thumpers from that is what he called them even though one is clearly a lug wrench helper. He said if these things could talk

Found some gas pump stickers from back when gas was gas! Also found new in box these AMERICAN letters (like on this old station). And old nozzles. Still digging.
