Yesterday’s buys.
My wife has been wanting this size crock for a while now.
I was at a place that they open up their pole barn once a year to sell off some stuff. I had been working on this guy for 4 years about the Realtor sign. It was was wife’s dads company, so he would never sell it. I asked again yesterday and he took me behind the shed. He said they found a few more signs cleaning out the dads basement over the summer, so he finally sold one to me!
Another cheap but cool score was the Pontiac dealer ice cream scoop.

BTW, I not only love the graphics on the Realtor sign, it was a local piece. Muscoda is the next town over from me. The Blackhawk war took place in this area.

This popped up on Craigslist list and had to drive out and get it. A Firebird Hooper jacket worn twice. I almost thought it was a repop it is in such nice condition. It fits maybe a little tight but so was everything in the 70's-80's lol. Now if I could only find a Red Trans Am jacket

I finished up the folda fairway, glued all the wood that was delaminating, tons of toothpicks and patience. Made a base so it doesn't have to lean against the wall.

My own garage finds, these have in the garage for close to 20 years. I was going to toss them then took a closer look. Spiffed them up, probably not technically correct but I thought they came out decent. The tray stand base used to light up, just have to figure out what was used, maybe not, electricity and metal is not good. Maybe a small battery operated light would be safer.

The Double Cola can is interesting to me. As far as I know the brand of Sodie Pop was made in Oklahoma, maybe only in Oklahoma (anyone?). When I was a junior in high school, we moved to Seminole, Oklahoma. Neighbors across the street owned and operated Double Cola. I believe neighbors Dad owned bottling plant before he did. They closed up the plant in early 80's. Having grown up in Iowa, I had never heard of Double cola.....

I'd be curious if there's any other readable markings on the can.

I had never heard of it either, one of the reasons I bought it. It’s rusty, but I don’t mind paying a buck or two if it catches my eye. The image on the can is exactly like what shows in the pic, all the way around the can. No city, no nothing.

Found these couple of things recently. The long cylinder has Dolly Madison on it. The other I think is some sort of churn. Not sure how to open it. Anyone know what either one was used for?

Well Estate Sales are starting to pop up again and found this awesome TV. I do not believe I have ever seen one like this before. It does not work but at 40 couldn't pass it up. I might tinker with it to see if I can get it to work or just sell it.
