Default Seat belts

I am looking for seat belts for my 72 in tan/beige/saddle. Does anyone have a source? Ideally I would like the factory ones with the big plastic buckles. I would prefer to stay away from the cheaper looking aftermarket belts. I have those in my Charger and hate them.

are you aware that there are two distinct style belts used in 1972?
what's your car's build date.

You might want to post this in the 'parts wanted' subforum too.

This car is fairly modified so I’m not too concerned about originality. I just don’t want black seat belts when the rest of the interior is tan.

I wasn’t aware there were two styles- the car is a base model turned into a retro mod style TA so anything that just blends in will be fine with me.

I use Morris concept bolt in 3 pt seatbelts. They make them in tan. Expensive but very Safe and easy to use as a brand new cars belts.

Found a nice set of gold/tan 69 belts on eBay today that look like they will fit nicely. Didn’t want to pay $350 for used belts, but I really didn’t want to end up with black belts and wanted the big plastic GM buckles

Those are reeeally ugly receiver stalks, and yet one of the areas that can't easily be replaced with a good original piece.

I already ordered the ones off eBay. I don’t mind paying for them but if they are really nice then they probably need to go to someone doing a restoration on a real TA or Formula, this car is a fake.
