Don't introduced facts or math into this. It'll comfuse some and interfere with their reality

Dan I believe it's going to be a billet not a casting. But that's just minor details. The main answer is yes

I'm good with any head that will bolt to a Pontiac block. I'll take any advantage I can get.

I thought this thread is supposed to be about CV1’s. The last time I checked there was a Maroon 1969 Firebird, a Blue 1969 Firebird, a Blue 1970 TA, and a white 1976 TA running well with CV1’s. I believe the Blue 1969 Firebird is the fastest. Congrats Brian!

Who else is running these heads?

A BBC head on a Pontiac vs a aluminum RAIV head with the stock steel guides in their original location. Think about that. The Warp should wipe it off the map. But does not.

Warps, they have been around for a long time now. You would think someone has to have build a max effort 565 and made 1300 or something like that.
Why? I don't think it is legal in the class that Lange and Dwight run. I don't think it is legal in the class that John Snyder runs. Not that many places to run it.

It is not... here is the problem...
In a class that allows wizbang Pontiac heads, it also allows wizbang everyother brand head.. That being said, Pontiac cant compete without a handicap of some sort... so you're back in the same spot.
For all anyone knows, the Warp head has made 1300+ n/a... just because it's not public, doesnt meanit isn't or hasn't happened...
There are lots of behind the scenes things going on.... I personally know of several "Surprises" coming...

Instead of clearing things up. Lets just muddy the waters some more. Does anyone know what Gary Cygan weighted when he ran 7.413 N/A?

Scott,
I would have to believe that I just don't have the mental clarity on this issue that you do.

There are others as well, just not all built to run 7’s.
