127 heads for elefantrider
Here's some pics. Tried to get a close-up of the peppered chamber. A skim cut should eliminate almost all of the tiny divets. The biggest one is on the edge of the quench pad. That one probably can't be totally eliminated.

Looking good Steve. These are going to work out great on my '62 Nichols car.
Peppering should not be a problem, we'll be double checking the seats are OK in that chamber and fix if necessary. Will post the results. |

Heads checked out perfect.
We magnafluxed the chambers and pressure checked the valves for leaks (no leaks). Here is the spring pressure, will be perfect for a HR. 140 lbs. on the seat 325 lbs. @ .500 lift 350 lbs. @ .550 lift 375 lbs. @ .600 lift 390 lbs. @ .650 lift Nice set of heads, thanks Steve. |
