In this Barrett-Jackson era,i have found 2 people to be almost impossible to deal with;original owners, and wives of original owners. The later being the worst! Its always fun to tactfully inform someone they want twice what there car is worth! The bad thing is those are the ones you want the most!

Jay, i know you want a formula but Greg Reid had that Non air 74 T/A that a member of PY bought a few years back. It was blue with black interior 455 auto,it was a fairly solid car. I believe it went to New Jersey

I have actually found several non air 400 Trans Ams...reasonable too! BUT,I really want to keep the weight down, and the formula should work out better.

Still looking......

I like it Jay, even if it is Sunstorm Yellow. Any engine pics? Looks like it had the RTS emblem on glovebox door. Maybe Guilty can help with shipping.

FYI, the factory fiberglass formula hoods are heavy, and weigh as much as a steel hood.

But I'm sure you knew that.

Yes, an Espirt or Formula 350 would be great in Ascot silver, Ad Blue or Cameo white. Less options the better but would look at any 73-74 survivor available. The budget is 10 -15k.

Thanks again
Here's one for you.

2nd Gen Formula values are all over the place- the only ones I see getting big money are the 70 Formula 400's (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). I almost regret buying my 75 Formula 400, but it had the right stuff (non A/C, rally gauges, 4-speed, deluxe interior) so I just couldn't resist.

The 71-72 455HO and of coarse the 73 SD formulas are also getting "Big" money. I still think that formulas are one of the most under valued cars out there. I have seen that the good rust free ones are being snapped up. The 76-81 formulas have not caught on yet. Some of them are actualy realy rare like the 4sd ones.
