Pax, is that the angle of the picture I'm seeing? The shaker looks like it's too far down in the hole.

I think its just the picture! It seems to fit nice. It should be anyway bone stock under the hood!

Been working on the interior of the car. And it needs a headliner... And I'm afraid ill never find the right color to match anybody just re-glued the original? Also the drivers side seat needs to be redone. Can someone fix the original? Or who has the best color matched repro? Thanks pax

Haha prbly should! All these cars around here got driven on gravel so they put flaps on them! Good thing they did. Other wise the spoilers are in pretty tough shape. And thanks for the compliments on the car! Just can't believe the car actually ran with gas that's 18 years old! Unreal! Now what to do with this car!

Hey Pax-

Just take the headliner/board down, carefully pull back the material and then use some 3M spray adhesion, lightly spray the board and press the liner back on. If it looks bad you can always buy a replacement. If you have an auto interior shop near by take it to them and ask for advise/estimate to have it done. Even if you were able to find NOS material would it match the rest of the interior due to age/exposier to sunlight? Just trying to come up with some ideas. Very nice find though, enjoy it!!

Just re-gluing the headliner won't work. The thin foam cushion between is deteriorating. Remove the old headliner as a unit, being careful with the fiberboard backing. Carefully scrape as much residue off of board as possible and glue on new fabric.

Try places like PY (Dark Red RFI177AR, adhesive RPI619) or http://www.smsautofabrics.com/ for samples first.

More pictures when available and congrats!

Good job. That`s my favorite year out of the `74 to `76. I like the single headlight models vs. the quad square light later models.
