I know it's last second, but our (Inland NW Pontiacs) Pontiac Posse Roundup car show is tomorrow at Templins Resort in Post Falls, Idaho tomorrow, starting at 10am. $15 entry fee. Looking like the weather might cooperate. Hope to you see some of you there. If you got any questions, text me at 509 710-1252. Jeff

Not too many that I know of. I know during the Spring and Summer that some cars gather at the Wendys on Canal by Best Buy in Kennewick on Friday nights. I have not been down there for a while so I am not sure if it still happens. If you find any let me know.

Anyone from the Spokane area going to Sandpoint next weekend? Our local POCI chapter will have about ten cars there. Plan to arrive Thursday afternoon.
There were a lot of Pontiacs there last year, especially from Canada.
See you there!!

Since some of our members have multiple cars, I'm not sure about them. Some that plan to come are 66 GTO, 62 Catalina convertible, 62 Grand Prix, 68 Catalina convertible, 55 Chieftain, 65 Catalina convertible, 41 Silver Streak, and 67 LeMans.

Plan to be at the High School by 4:00 PM, for the parade Friday.

Hope to see you there, Les

Default Car D'Alene

Just recently relocated from California( the land of fruits and nuts) to CDA; my 1973 T/A should be arriving via covered car carrier either Wednesday or Thursday.
Anyone going to the Car D'Alene this weekend?

I'll drop by but it looks like I won't be bringing the T/A;
less than stellar condition when I picked it up from the transport company.

Default Any 400 or 455 short blocks around

Hey there guys I am having some real bad luck with my build first off I drop my 455 block off to the machinist he magnafluxs the block and tells me it is cracked not really sure how it got cracked but non the less he says it's done. So I call up a friend the only one I know with Pontiac blocks he's got a 68 400 block he sells me start tearing it down and remove the heads and #4 cylinder is a disaster there's so much rust and corrosion in it I don't know if it can even be bored out. I am in desperate need of a 400 or 455 any one have any thing in there garage or a buddy that wants to help out another Pontiac guy out please let me know.

I have 2 400 blocks. I'm willing to sell either, but one is a YC out of an H.O. car. T/A or Judge, I'm not sure. The other is out of a Cat.

I also have a set of 6x heads that are rebuilt, but need cleaned up. And the set of #48's that came on the YC. I have cranks for both, one set of rods and pistons. No intakes, no exhaust mani's.

Let me know if you want to take a look. Both are torn down and still greasy, so you can see the laundry. I'm in Spokane. Lower South Hill.

Mike.
