Default Side of the road for a spark plug wire

I had made a set of Summit 8MM wires a long time ago. I had a tall set of valve covers and I made the wires long to add the loom. The wires sat nice without the loom.

Fast fwd to today. Low valve covers means longer wires. I had retarded the timing 2* to see if I would gain performance. (it didn't, I will go advance 2* to see if I am perfect) Anyway the #3 and #5 wires got wrapped around the steering column. Luckily the tools I had in the car got me home.

Funny. Every time this happens it is because of my stupidity. Just finished making a nice new set of 8.5MM wires. Once the loom gets here that problem will never happen again....
