Default Bandit Run

Just curious if any PY members will go on this year's Bandit Run (July 13th-20th, Lincoln NE to Golden CO)?

Yes. My wife is the organizer, so it's pretty much a given that we go.

Just curious about non-T/A or Firebird cars. I know the flyer says all cars are welcome, but I'm just curious how many non-F bodies actually show up. It sounds like fun, and I was thinking about going, but didn't want to stick out like a sore thumb with my 73 GA if its the only one there.

If I were to make it there, the ex-Wangers 'Bandit' Suburban would sure "stick out"! But I'd like to do it- with the 'Burb packed full of [empty] Coors cartons...

Jack, the only thing better would be cases of "cold ones".

Steve- I'd love to do it one of these years, but probably not in 2013. Too many paint "issues" with the 'Bandit', and probably can't get to it this summer- just too much else to do. Cracks in paint and old filler, clear-coat flaking away from the top, etc. I'll have to settle for getting them fixed before weather can get to the underlying metal- maybe next fall.
