Default year round driving in tri-citys washington?

i am putting together a GTO to drive year round in this area. i am from the UP of Michigan and also lived in northern Minnesota. My research tells me that the average annual snow fall in the tri-citys is 7 inches which happens to be the average snowfall for the month of November were i live now. Granted, im not looking to drive it in real bad snow if i dont have to. That, and with no salt on the roads leads me to believe this is a real possibility. can anyone from that area give me some real world info on that subject?
