Irwin, PA and Mid Ohio are not far apart, You could even drive to his shop in a easy travel day.

But like Steve said, expect a wait for your Q-Jet carb.

Jeff (Shaker455 has not written a Q-Jet Book) but he also does a nice job with Pontiac Q-Jets.
He is also a member of the PY Forums.

Your first statement crossed my mind and I could drive the carb out to them. But will call tomorrow morning (Monday) and see what the turn around time would be. THX.

Cliff has posted here about reducing his turn around time. Used to be months, couldn't tell you what current wait time is......

If you are sending him a decent running carb that hasn't been hacked or requires a full blown restoration done, Cliff's turnaround times are pretty good. It's been a few years since I sent him mine, but I had it back in less than 5 weeks.
