Default 1974 Trans Am Super Duty, 2 build sheets, Only 57k orig. miles.

For sale is a 1974 Super Duty only 57k original miles. Original numbers matching engine. Has a super duty transmission but not original to this car. Super duty carb and distributor. Many hard to find parts. Its a great driver quality car, The A/C and fan speed are not working. I usually just drive it with the windows down and enjoy the fresh air. Deluxe interior and power windows. I have a binder full of complete owner history and documentation for the car. California car that does not have any rust anywhere and never has. Never wrecked and all original body panels. Hard to find in this condition. Please ask any questions. Asking $69k Located in the Bay Area of Ca.

Welcome; GLWS

Great to have the original documents; rotated and expanded the views to make them easier to read.

Some great knowledge on this site for SD cars.

Don't see yours in the SD registry but there is one 3 VIN numbers and 6 Engine Unit Numbers away.

Possibly added in another registry? I believe the one I searched is from a member here: johnta1 / John Wallace. He will be able to verify.

The pic pepper judge posted is for the EUN of some of the SD's which was done awhile ago.

Current eun's can be found here:

EUN Search

The car itself is in the Registry.

It's in John's registry, you just didn't search it right.

I wonder why there's an HM stamped before the Y8 on the block...

Just a wild guess but I know some engine rebuilders would stamp stuff they did. Is that possible?

That's quite possible. I will check the receipt from the engine rebuild and see if there are any clues there.
