Default Has 428 block in it

Well checking casting date on block today and even though it is the correct YK code it is a '68 casting which makes it a 428 shortblock, a shock after knowing the car for 30 years . So guess someone got a little rowdy in its early days at least they put a worthy shortblock in. As for any pics there are over 50 posted on here is that not enough ? If anyone is interested I will keep the shortblock and let the rest go for 3k or 3,500 as is. Anybody got a fair '68 Firebird body to trade for it ? That 428 would be neat in a Bird since I have access to a set of RA2 heads that were cast less than a week after that block1 Thanks Daniel

I guess you missed the BIG smile at the end of the picture request. I can't believe you thought I was serious, especially after I said it looked like a great project.

Yep I missed it 60's. So many many BS'ers on here I can't tell what to believe. Got one dreamer that cant put up a post without a curse word. I need to get it listed in Hemmings & Smoke Signals, had it on here trying to find a real Pontiacker. I really would like for it to go to someone who will appreciate it. Thanks

You'd have a lot of nibbles from people up here, if you were closer. Like I said, it looks like a great project.

Check the recycle bin on your computer. They are probably still there.
I'd like to see some. I'm selling a couple of things here.

Stupid me. When I was advancing to the next page I skipped page 2. Thanks for the slap and shake.

No problem

It's a bad ass car. Too bad it's not a 421 4 speed but still sweet

If I had the spare cash and the room I would buy it in a heartbeat.
