Being AC car will be a "928" unless the car was ordered with AC & heated back glass, then it would have all the 80 amp brackets & a "1015". I'll have to ck dates, but I may have an original "928" that dates your car.
my 03E body built '72 T/A has AC & heated back glass & it took quite a while to come up with a Feb of '72 dated "1015". Crazy thing is 2 years after buying & having that "1015" alt restored, I began going through my stock of orig alternators. Upon rebozing & organizing the new shop, bingo, already had a "1015" that dated the T/A.

Here is a picture. In order to do this right, I would grab a assembly manual, and reference a few cars in the sticky restoration thread up top by searching "80 amp" when you are in that section.
You must change the PS mounting, as well as the alternator mount to make room for the big 80 amp. I have Both Power steering, and the Alternator mounts here, and most all of the hardware and the spacers, especially the uncommon hardware, spacers, long bolts, correct brackets. Price is $100.00 Shipped priority mail in the US. I had 2 of these sets. Both sets I took off the cars myself, so I know they are complete. This came from a 72 Formula350 with Power windows and A/C , No rear defrost. PW or the rear Grid defrost would trigger this alternator if it has A/C .

The idler pulley on passenger side of the engine is the adjustment.
