Does anybody know where I can find a drum brake backing seal(s) for a 67 GTO rear end? To help clarify this is the seal that is shaped like a square and has four holes in it for mounting the the differential axles. I need both the metal seal and the paper seal. I haven't been able to find them online at the major car parts stores. If somebody has a part# that would be great.

Unfortunately, no such animal exists. I had to make mine from Pep Boys gasket making paper.

YOU MIGHT TRY SOMEONE THAT RACES CIRCLE TRACK. SOME OF THE C-CLIP ELIMINATORS USE A GASKET THAT'S SIMILAR TO WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR.
MOST PARTS STORES CARRY GASKET PAPER FOR THIS SORT OF THING ALSO. MIKE
