Unfinished Wheels
I want to buy a pair of 15x8 Rally IIs. As I want to paint them myself, I would rather not buy ones that have been powdercoated as I would need to have that removed.
I thought I had read some time ago of a company that would sell unfinished ones on request. Anyone know of any place? |

Interesting. As far as I know, Pontiac never offered a 15x8 Rally II wheel on any production car. 15x7 was the widest.

I just measured my set for sale, it measures 8” from outside to outside, that’s prob why he’s calling it 8”.

Assuming you're talking about reproductions, places like Wheel Vintiques and OPGI list 15 x 8 wheels on their websites as supplied with a powder coated finish, but it may be worth calling them to see if they'll sell them unfinished - sometimes that sort of thing isn't shown on the website but it's still something they can do.

No, it's the aftermarket ones I'm talking about. |

There is a single 15" x 8" on ebay now (not mine) & you can see the size stamped into the rim. I agree with others on contacting Wheel Vintiques to see if they can sell you a non-powdercoated set.
