I would post in "parts Wanted" if I could figure out where to do it. I must be missing something. I am finely going to replace my dipstick. Is there an aftermarket one or anyone want to sell one. I have moved not found any members close by. John

Mine did the same thing. I clamped it in a vise to hold the dip stick in position & then I brazed it in place. That was 10 years ago, still ok.
