IT was built in the day shift.

I put a Paul Sports built 428 into my 68 Firebird this winter. I paid $3000.00 for the motor and got a brand new Holley 750 double pumper, a new HEI distributor, and 10 quarts of Brad Penn break in oil with the motor.
Heck, if I knee they were worth this kind of coin, I would have flipped it on eBay!

Hard to say these days, but a grand for a 66,000 mile 428 would be worth it thats for sure, wish it were closer.

I had to pass on that one. I wanted a motor for a car I take out to cruise nights. A daytime motor could probably be converted to a night-time motor but it's probably not worth the effort.

A day time motor "beats the day lights" out of all the others.
A night time motor is for sleepers. Sorry, but that's the best I could do..... |

Wow, $10,000. Maybe I should sell my 1969 XF 428 with 4 bolt mains.
